Payment & Image Viewing

Payment for portrait sessions is required on the date of your session, by cash, check,
debit or credit.
*payments made in studio on the date of your session will receive 1 FREE 5×7 on print orders or 1 FREE image on cd.

Image Galleries are created with in 2 business days of your appointment and made viewable via the internet for 1 week.  Your gallery will be accessed by the code given to you at the time of your portrait session.  Gallery codes are private. They will  not be given out to any other parties for any reason.  If you wish for others to be able to view and/or order from your gallery, you must give out the code.

Expired Galleries – should your gallery expire before any order has been placed,  you will be charged a $20 re-posting fee.  Once the fee has been paid, your gallery will be viewable again for 48 hrs.  It is to your advantage to place orders within the galleries originally posted dates.

Image Disposal- all sessions images will be kept for 6 weeks.   If an order has not been placed within that time, it is assumed that images are unwanted and will be permanently deleted.  All sessions that place at least one order within 6 wks. of  the session date will have their images saved for up to one year.
